Wellness Tour: Heal Your Mind and Body While Visiting Local Power Spots

We will pick you up at Beppu Station and drive to Lake Shidaka in Beppu City.
After a simple Nordic walk lesson at Lake Shidaka, after visiting the power spot “Shidaka Hakuryu Shrine,” we will go on a Nordic walk to “Lake Kagurame.” You will experience “forest bathing” along the way.
After that, we will travel by car, visit the miraculous “Hnou-Honome Shrine Chugu (Mitake Gongen),” and then be sent to Beppu Station or your accommodation.
Our guides are qualified Nordic walking instructors and forest therapy guides, making this a tour that anyone can easily experience.

◆ Shidaka Lake – One of Beppu’s “Three Famous Scenic Spots,” located inside Aso Kuju National Park. A truly beautiful oasis.
◆ Forest Bathing Experience – Lie down by the lakeside, breathe deeply, and enjoy meditation surrounded by nature.
◆ Nordic Walking – A fun, low-impact activity that eases stress on the knees and hips. Perfect for all ages, from kids to seniors!

9：00(14:00) Arrived at Lake Shidaka, we will set off for a walk on the Nordic Walk.
And Visit Shidaka Hakuryu Shrine, Forest bathing experience, Walk to Lake Kagurame.
10：45(15:45) Arrived at Lake Shidaka and move around by car.
11：00(16:00) Arrived at Honou-Honome Shrine parking, So walk to Honou-Honome Shrine.
11：30(16:30) Return to parking and move around by car.
12：00(17:00) Break up at the meeting place.
